Sorry, I left out a piece.  

After checking out the CPU Usage and History, restart the second CLI
and watch the Usage return to 100% and the History go to 100% on BOTH
CPU's.

Don't you just love know-it-alls who criticize your sources and lack
of citations while being totally incapable of offering the same
documentation they demand...... ;-P
