Is the "gate A20" option enabled in the bios? if not then enable it, this will
give you a lot more zazz and is not dangerous in any way ( I don`t know why
this is still there in newer bios`s anyway )

There are loads of settings that could increase the comp speed in the bios but
is hard to say which ones will not cause other probs without seeing the
harware specs and bios version.
