If I issue:
'/usr/local/kde/bin/ksetispy'
I get:
QFile::open: No file name specified
QFile::open: No file name specified
and ksetispy starts up without icons.

Can someone help?

mmmm lost me now, I have had a look at the bugs list on sourceforge and seen
nothing relavent to your problem.

You could always visit the home page and report or ask for help there ( get
the addy from the help menu in ksetispy ).

I have asked for help once with a bug and got a very prompt reply, it was a
known error and a patch was released very quick.

I am not sure but I think someone connected to the prog frequents this group
sometimes so you may be lucky and get direct help.
