SETISpy for windows doesn't cache work units.
But there are several SETIQueue, SETIMonitor, SETIGate, SETIDriver and more

Have a look on the seti download section ( add-ons ) there are progs there
that can do this for you, setispy is a good one, can cache units and you
upload/download when you are online.

I cannot say about the others as I don`t use windows and have never tried

them

but I do use the linux version ( ksetispy ).
