There is one that uses FreeSCOLinux. Here is the web site:

It works and only requires one floppy drive per machine, no hard
drives needed. It will also run with as little as 28 meg of ram.
I too dislike Linux but I got it up and running without a lot of
effort. I even got it to credit my account instead of the built in
default one.
