Most of these types of programs require the command line version. When
running the command line version, you would add a proxy server to the
command e.g C:\seti\seti -proxy 192.168.etc
Tell your friend that it may be easier to keep using the GUI version
as is because SETI as we know it will soon be replaced by BOINC.
