Very Low Angle Range differs, depending on who you ask or what program

Work Unit Angle Ranges:
Low    - (AR < 0.2255)
Medium - (0.2255 < AR < 1.1274)
High   - (AR > 1.1274)
VLAR   - AR < 0.1                    slowest
VHAR   - AR > 1.0        (or sweet)  fastest
Normal - AR .2 to .6

Per SETIQueue
sweet/VHAR  > 1.1274
normal      0.15-1.1274
VLAR        < 0.15

My values
sweet/VHAR 1.128-30.00
normal     0.150-1.127
VLAR       0.000-0.149

I'm not quite sure that is the correct description, but I've noticed in
this newsgroup many times that work units with a "low angle" take longer
to process (generally). So what is a low angle?

I'm not really looking for a description, but just examples such a

degrees.

I did use the search tool, but all the entries found no matches. i.e.
low, angle.

Thanks Mike. However, I'm not finding numbers like that on the Windows screensaver version. I, by the way, don't have the screensaver function enabled. The only numbers I get are similar to this
---------------------------------
from 5h41'2"RA, +1 deg 41'23" Dec
