Hi,
I have been running seti spy and seti driver for some time on my windows
machines. Now I'm spending lots of time on my main machine in redhat9
and need a client to install. What is recommended? I've seen reference
to ksetispy - is this my best or only option?

Ksetispy will do all and more than the windows version, it has a cache for
storing units built in and is all you need on linux, there are others you can
use like ksetiwatch but this is mainly just a monitor it does not do caching.
IMHO stick with Ksetispy ( you will know most of it already ) but you can try
the others at the same time :)
