Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm possibly in the wrong ng with the next
question but I'll risk it...
I've downloaded the rpm file ksetispy-0.6.0-1-rh9.src.rpm and unpacked
it with "rpm -Uvh ksetispy-0.6.0-1-rh9.src.rpm".
What do I do now? I'm totally lost trying to install and start software
in linux, I'm on a steep learning curve here. I can't even locate the
folder where it is installed. I'll be real grateful for any assistance
on what I should do next.
If you are using a src.rpm - you need to rebuild the rpm.
I think, you need a sth like ksetispy-0.6.0-1-rh9.i686.rpm.
But now, without that rpm, do that:
cd ~/rpm/
rpm -bb ksetispy
I think that this command will build rpm for you in ~/rpm/RPMS/
Then install in the same .src.rpm.
p.s.
Sorry, but my english isn't good ;)
