Hi Martin,

The fans (2) are running, the case is open all the time.  I doubt it's a heat related issue.  The mainboard is running at 50C/122F and the CPU is currently 63C/146F.  There is no visiable dust.

Check for heat-related issues -- with PC OFF and unplugged, open the case and check for:
    case fan -- dust accumulation, obstruction

    processor fan -- same

    power supply (exhaust) fan -- same

With case open, turn power on and visually check that all fans are operating.
