I'm closing the case. Thanks for the info. My face is red. I'm so
embarrased. I actually thought that not having the side on it, it would
run cooler. doh.

I doubt it's a heat related issue. The mainboard is running at
50C/122F and the CPU is currently 63C/146F.
That's hotter than this air cooled system: 42C CPU, 32C System, despite
+5% overclocking and 100% utilisation.
There is no visiable dust.
Good, keep the dust and black stuff off and out of it.
Note: You require *airflow* going *through* your box. Make sure the fans
are forcing the air in the right direction and put the sides back on
your box. If the temps don't go down a little, then fix your fans and
vents.
