As Martin pointed out, leaving the side off your case isn't good, you
want to direct as much air as possible over things, which requires a
little bit of focus - the side being off the case makes the fans pretty
much useless.
That said, your system temp of 122F is *WAY HIGH* - you're cutting in to
the life of your drives, especially. Put the side back on your case,
make sure your fans are set up reasonably, and work from there. You may
need to re-adjust or buy more fans..
The CPU temp is pretty high, as well, but as long as it's below 75C or
so, you're not really risking the life of the CPU.
