Both algorithms are very well documented and researched.

I have been trying to make a type of file
verifying index for CSV files and came up with a system that multiplies the
bytes in the file with their position in the file. I had to make my own
STRING adder to be sure it could handle what ever values it all added up tom
though.

Why?
