I'm using Seti Driver 1.6.4.0 on Windows XP Home. I've been using it
for several weeks and am pleased with the results. However today I
can't get it to upload the results and download another set. I keep
getting a message that says:

"Sending result - connecting to server.
connect: No such file or directory,
Can't connect to server; will try again in an hour."

The modem is on and functioning when I send the transmit button.

Has a setting or switch changed? If so how/why did it change? Most
importantly how do I correct the problem?

The data server has been down since about 04:10 UT Wednesday (Tuesday
evening in the W hemisphere). You might want to check in periodically at

to see if it's been restored to operation -- but bear in mind that it
can be difficult to connect for a while after an outage, until the
backlog clears. If your client (or your SD, with which I'm not
familiar) is set to "connect automatically" it should eventually get
through without need for intervention on your part.
