I think you mean, SetiTEAM does not update your team statistics anymore.
That can be easily corrected:
With your mouse inside the SetiTEAM window, you click on the right mouse
button to get the pop-up menu.
There you click on "Internet settings ..." 
In the textbox "Seti@home server" you enter:

setiathome.ssl.berkeley.edu/fcgi-bin/fcgi

The above entry will work for both, Team mode and Founder mode.
Note, that this will disable the poll result update and the Stats list mode.
To use those, you will need to remove the above entry.
