My Athlon 700 gave up the ghost today.
After a long life processing WU's and exploring mandlebrot sets. It was a
peaceful exit as it gave out a last
warning and shut itself down.
I think it was responsible for approxiamately 600 WU's.
Survivors include a lifelong friend Pentium II 400
and myself. it will be missed greatly.

look for big capacitor can that is puffed out on the top.  if only 1 or 2
then replace them.  if 8 or more then junk the board.  This one had 5
