I think no. IMHO the 3.03 does less analysis than the 3.08. So, if you
think that supporting the project is more important than getting high
wu rates (and a high credit), you should use the newest version.
However, if you want to get high credit, and supporting the project is
less important to you, use 3.03. I do the crap to support the project,
not for scores. If you only want to get credits, do it, you help the
project less, but more than you would if you don't let run seti...
