Recently my machine returned a result without getting a new WU. (I didn't
think setiGate was supposed to do that?)  Then my cache read 3/4.  No matter
how many "Get workunits or send/receive all" I tried it would not get the
fourth unit.  I increased the cache to 5 and immediately it downloaded
another WU.  When it completes a WU it gets a new one but I am still stuck
with a cache of 4/5.  Any answers please?
