No the processing cannot be saved and then restarted in mid stream by
different programs.  You can just stop the current units and then
restart them but depending on the length of time left you may just
want to wait or write them off.

I'm getting back into this now I'm running SetiQueue.  Is it possible to 
switch from the GUI to the command-line version without losing the work 
unit?  There's a couple of low-speed Pentium I's in the network here 
that are struggling:-)
