Are you saying that Linux is NOT installed yet?
If not I have a small, floppy based, Linux program, actually it is NOT
mine, I downloaded it and can point you to where, that will run Seti
without a hard drive.
There are a couple of changes you have to make, the directions are
included, so the workunits you complete are credited to you instead of
the writer.
Yes for all of you that have guessed it is the FreeSCOLinux disk.

Hi all
I am in process of receiving a linux computer. I was told it is
"E-machine"
with 600Mhz P3 processor and 10Gb hard drive. Computer itself is about
3-4
years old. Does it make sense to add such old computer to my small
farm( 3
comp ). I have no knowledge about Linux at all and I would not know how
to
install and run Seti Driver . Any suggestions will be very welcome.
Thank you.
