Win98 does.  Since you're running Win98, I recommend you download and
install _default.pif, which in the file
http://www.wakeassoc.com/setidriver.default.zip.  _default.pif goes in the
c:\windows directory and modifies the global exit on shutdown parameter so
that WinOldAp can send the close program message to programs under it's
control.  You will need to reboot after copying this file.  The page at
http://www.wakeassoc.com/setidriver/Download_and_Installation.htm contains
more information about _default.pif.

My old machine (P3/450MHz/Win98) only needs 2 tasks to run: Systray, and
Explorer. All it does now is run SaH CLI using SETI Driver. However, an
annoying application keeps appearing: "Winoldap" in the Task Manager. I
tried ending the process twice and even though the "End Task" window
appears, this application maintains it's presence in my Task Manager.

Is it needed to run SETI driver? Is it appearing b/c of SETI Driver?
