	I would guess that 99% +/- means the WU was done, with maybe a small
portion at the start or end of the data that the client had to drop.  Like
with a page torn from a book, you would skip or ignore the sentence
"fragments" at the top and bottom of the page, reading only the complete
sentences.
	A WU cluttered with too many strong Earthly signals (RFI, on the S@h web
site) can quickly max out the "results" file.  There is a size limit for
that file.  Once that file is over-full, the WU gets stopped early, because
any real data could be lost in the clutter.  You do get full credit for
that "fast" WU, but the data itself gets set aside for review later.

100% and most of the rest say 99.x% with some saying 98.x%. What's up with
that? One even says 2.73% and was returned in 0.034 hrs.
