Like with a page torn from a book, you would skip or ignore the
sentence "fragments" at the top and bottom of the page, reading only
the complete sentences.
A WU cluttered with too many strong Earthly signals (RFI, on the S@h
web site) can quickly max out the "results" file.  There is a size
limit for that file.  Once that file is over-full, the WU gets
stopped early, because any real data could be lost in the clutter.
You do get full credit for that "fast" WU, but the data itself gets
set aside for review later.
nope 99.xxx% was simply the state of the result file last time it was
checked by SETIspy


The early returner was probably Radio inteference (RFI)
