AFAIK SETI@home currently have more than enough processing power to process
the output of the Arecibo receiver in realtime with plenty of redundancy to
check for dud results. Climate prediction is an interesting project that
will eventually run under BOINC - I switched a few machines over to CPDN &
then found I was No.1 after a couple of weeks, so I switched my whole farm
over to stay at No.1 for a while, I managed about 2 months.  I'm now No.3 &
will soon drop to No.5 as there are a bunch of commercial outfits (I think)
coming screaming past me right now.
