You can ask him to drop them earlier in "File/Options" setting the "Ready" field to 99.5% for 
example. This makes Setigate the wu is finished, and deletes the line a bit earlier.

For the lines now marked as "Processing 99.9%", you can delete them by right-click, delete wu.
