Turn off any anti-spam or bulk mail settings.
The password return message is known to be stopped by these.

I have a problem with an account created recently for my
mother-in-law.  (No jokes please, she's okay by me).

I put a PC together for her as she's new to computing and wanted
something cheap to learn on (free - now there's a word I like, she was
happy too) and slapped the CLI version on with SETI Driver for the
front end.  Trying to get her SETI site password back has been an
impossibility so she can't join the team we have running.

I can get passwords back in under 30 seconds for myself & my
better-half fro 4 different active accounts but I've made more than 20
requests for hers and it just isn't coming back.

Any ideas on this as it's got me kinda stumped.  It isn't affecting
her PC's WU proccessing abilities but it is annoying that we can't
show her stats in the team.
