The assumption must be made that the password message is being sent. There
would be a lot more people posting about the problem if it was broke. I just
requested, and got, mine and, as you say, you can get your's for other
accounts.

The other two possibilities are an overlooked spam filter or input error.

I hate asking obvious questions but I assume you can get other e-mail
messages on that account?
