If you rgiht click on the task bar and then click on properties. Un-tick
the
hide inactive icons box or, click on customize. When you get to that page,
look for your icon on the LHS, then on the RHS it will probably say "Hide
when inactive" click on that and you will get a drop-down menu, then click
"always show". Should be ok then.

it doesn't hides icons, as task manager shows setispy is not running at all
