I'm also experiencing this problem.. both at home and office.  SetiGate's
docs instruct to right click the 'hung' group and click restore. However for
me, this has no affect.  If anyone else has suggestsions, I'd love to know.

Did these actually turn in for you. Fro some reason out of the
blue mine started doing the same thing but are not being turned in. I
now have 5 units on one machine that range from 99.529% done to
99.850% done.
Anyway of telling what's up with these units, as they appear
to not be turned in or complete.
