Hi !

If you use the GUI (graphical) version of seti, don't set the socks server but ONLY the proxy to localhost:5001

If you want to crunch quicker, download the Cmd-line version, that is faster, and add the parameter -proxy localhost:5001 to your cmd line option inside SetiGate

"Appendix A" of setup instructions states that seti's socks proxy address

No matter what I do I get a error message "cannot connect to internet; error
??????? cannot find socks server".

I know this is going to be one of those "Doh" moments but can anyone help
me?
