Further, from my point of view, there's no shortage of results being
returned--I'm returing over 48 results/day, have been stuck at 99.967%
for months, and have slipped over 100 places in rank from my peak--I'm
down to 1600 now.

Right now it is taking about 49.02 wu's per day to advance to the next
level.
Here is a web page to help you:

S@h is in _no_ danger of running out of computing power out here.

I would have to agree with this statement, I am putting more and more
resources towards Seti than ever!
I currently have 15 systems crunching Seti and 1 crunching Boinc!
Oh and just for your info I am currently putting out in the high 70's
to low 80's wu's per day! I am currently at 29831 wu's completed and
99.937%.
According to the estimates in about 2 months I will get the 50,000 wu
certificate!!!

At 80 per day you're looking at 252 days to reach 50,000.
