That is where you can download the debuggers. There are only for people who can acually do something with them, not for the ordinary user. You wil want to download it here: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/ap/download.php . Ofcourse you will have to register first, wich you can do here: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/ap/create_account_form.php . But before that you might just want to read some more info about it: http://setiboinc.ssl.berkeley.edu/ap/ . On that page you will find everything you need to know, on your left-hand side.
