Hi all.

Haven't been 'round these parts in a while. Been mostly competing in
various DC projects w/Ars Technica, & hangin' in thier forums. Been
steadily crunching & building though, & am up to ~58 Wu's/day.

Het Strat, I haven't seen you *anywhere* for a while.

Might add a Prescott into the mix, if the retail user reviews get a
little more positive than the current preliminary feedback from the
pro reviewers' Engineering Samples.

Using HT & 2 concurrently running CLI_3.03's, & if they're able to
keep both clients' current active working data sets w/i that 1MB of
L2 cache, Pressies just might show some increase in production
potential. Time will tell, I guess.

Without further ado:

Great achievement my friend, well done. I finally made the leap to the CLI
version and, between the missus (XP2500+ at 2.2GHz) and myself (XP1800+ at
2.1GHz, 200MHz FSB x 10.5) and the server/mp3 player (Celly cumine 600 cB0
running at 900MHz) we're pumping out close to 20 WUs a day now instead of 5
or 6 using the GUI screensaver.

(I had to start a seperate account in my team just to skite, 140-odd units
at less than 2 hours 30 minutes per WU, the fastest in the team. My main
account average times is still suffering from when I used to run a P120 and
take three days a WU back in '99)

I'm still below the 2,500 mark but have put all the machines on to the
missus' account to get her to 1,000 before BOINC. Then I'll put 'em all back
on my main account and see how far I can get.

Good to see you buddy, I hope you are well and happy.

Take care.
