I recently stumbled upon a site that had instructions to run the SETI GUI
(Screensaver Client to most people) Client as a service on Win98/ME/XP-etc

Unfortunately the process was extremely tedious. I then found instructions
for a simple install.bat to automate the process so i could run SETI on my
work computers but the sysadmins there have banned access to command prompt
and stopped any DOS files from being run. So my question is this...

Is there a program/installer that will do EVERYTHING i have in my
install.bat (deleting reg entries and replacing them, copying files-etc) in
Windows to get around the command prompt problem?
