Try turning off the firewall and see if it works that way. If so then
you have firewall config problems.

I managed to sort it out by choosing another proxy server Host
(www-cache.freeserve.com).
I realy dont know why it suddenly wouldnt work without any proxy.
Mind you, Ilost about 10 days of crunching and will now have to make it up!
