muti CPU's so if they ran 18,000 seti's i would say each one would take
about, 2 hours to complet.. Thats 216,000 wu in one day

one of the computers we use for rendering at my company has 8x ahtlon xp
cpus and we found this out the hard way ... i was quite annoyed seti doesnt
support multi cpus as it has a combined speed of 17.6ghz. each cpu does a wu
in about 3 hours which translates into a mere 192 a day assuming it has all
that free cpu time. if seti did support multi cpus it would take maybe 7 1/2
mins per wu. will BOINC support multi cpus?
