And dose any one know when
the first full version of Boinc@home is coming out? And what exactly
is this going to do for Seti@home?

The date of the final release for BOINC is yet unknown. They are Beta
testing but the release may take a while.
Soon after BOINC will start Seti@Home will end.

Thanks and have a good day.
Technically, Seti@home will become a part of Boinc.
True Seti@home as we now know it will end but Bonc will pick up and
continue the process. It will just add a few things to the mix.
And the Boinc testing is closer than a month ago but probably not
releasable within a month either. I AM NOT a part of Berkeley or part
of writing the program but the message boards still note alot of
issues. Less than a month ago but still issues. I DO process workunits
for the Beta Test and I believe they are still sending out the actual
program with the debug code still in it. After they get to some point
in testing they will remove the debug code and we will continue
processing units without it before it goes "live".
My understanding is that the AstroPulse units work fine but the Seti
ones are sometimes not processing correctly.
They also are fine tuning the credit system, it is called
"cobblestones" so that peope actually get credit for work they do.
If you wish to read the message boards they are located here:
