Are you the CLI version and SetiDriver? If not maybe you could try it.
Keep the SetiDriver setting at "low" or less NEVER take it higher or
you will have a hard time getting back on to take control of your
computer. At the "low" setting it uses all the spare clock cycles you
are not using and will use 100% if you aren't doing anything on the
computer! BUT you can still use the computer by doing whatever you
normally do without interence by Seti.
At the higher settings less total time is available to you and it can
be a bear doing the normal things with the computer.
