Even without Seti running, my CPU is at 23C, Motherboard 52C, AUX 34C, but
the killer is Temp2 at 77C.

This can't be right. You can't have CPU running @ 23�C unless the room temperature
is like 10�C or you're using water cooling.
The 77 is probably your CPU, and that's the problem. Even with a cheapo fan, it 
shouldn't go over 55-60, you probably need a new one.
