Why not just use the psychic tourism system already in place and used by
over 100 advanced civilizations in our galaxy, and many others?  Simply
leave your body using any commonly-available OOBE-generator device and go
inhabit any of the tourist bodies already prepped for visitors like yourself
in the ancient and laid-back star clusters of Alpha Centauri or Orion.  The
only problem with these star clusters is the debilitated condition of the
thousand year old sightseeing hosts.  But it's no problem if you can handle
being an aged and deformed alein for a few hours.  Be warned, because these
civilizations think of themselves as being "advanced" they will often treat
you as though you were "special" (retarded).
