Chris,

NP, I'm going to assume here that your running the Gui Client (the
Graphical
client that draws all the pretty graphs, and serves as a screen saver).

  (Step-By-Step)

Open your Seti Client up so you can see it making the pretty graphs. Left
click on settings, then from the drop down menu Left click on
Preferences.
A new little screen will pop up, then left click this time on the button
that says Proxy Server. The pop-up window will change. In the new window
will be a a little box that says "Connect via HTTP Proxy server" Left
click
on the box and make sure its checked.

Once the box is check the rest of the top section will un-grey. In the
box thats says Http:// type the word localhost then make sure the box
below that says Port Number 5001. Left click the o.k. button. Then left
click the o.k. button again on the next little pop-up screen, to return to
the the Gui Client drawung its pretty pictures. Close the Gui Client so
it
shrinks back down to the bottom by your clock. Your Seti Client is now
set
to receive WU's from SetiGate.

Then open up your SetiGate and left click on File , then Left click on
Options. On the new screen make sure the box that reads Local Port is set
to 5001, left click the o.k. button and close out your SetiGate Client so
it
to shrinks to the task bar by your clock. SetiGate is now set to pass
WU's
to your SETI Client.

You mentioned that you already had 4 WU's Downloaded into your Cache so
I'll
assume you have already added yourself as an active user to your SetiGate.
Everything should now work for you.

(someone feel free to jump in or to correct me if I've missed something)

  Hope this helps.

SC

I am running the CLI version, how do I change that?

Chris.
