I am in no hurry to see BOINC.  I don't like the fact that the client
updates itself.  I first registered on
Sat Jun 26 10:54:13 1999 UTC.  This has driven me to build many a fine
boxen...

I haven't read  much about BOINC.But I would prefer a choice to update
manually.Having a dial set to stay on when I go online would mean when
it updates my connection will never close using up valuable  but limited
online time.
Maybe they will put in a auto and a manual check box so we can choose.
