You're right, RA is between 0 and 24 hours.

Are you using SetiWatch to see this? If so, that's your problem. I have
the same issue. SetiSpy displays the correct values.

I understood it to be a known issue in some work units as a result of 
calculations of the antenna.

I don't know about that, because I've used SetiSpy which correctly shows
the location on the skymap at 13 hours for the same work unit that
SetiWatch shows as being 37 hours. And other times SetiWatch shows the
correct values.

So far (62 work units) SetiSpy has shown the correct values when
SetiWatch shows almost half of them to be beyond 24 hours.
