I have one pc (Win XP) that is giving me problems.
The client (CLI 3.08) sits at the "Sending result - connecting to server" 
statement forever. It never falls through to the "Cant connect - will try
again in an hour" If i kill it and let it restart it will usually go ok.
I'm running Seti Driver with a cache of 16 WU's, when this happens it
prevents any other WU's from transmitting. I dont think this is a SETI
Driver problem. also this only happens about once a day, most WU's transmit
ok.
