Huh?  How can multiple WUs finishing simultaneously cause a PC to lock up?
At worst, the system will have to wait for a WU to download.  Also, when
SETI Driver is first run, it asks Windows how many processors and puts 
that
value in the Maximum Processes field.  On a HT processor, do NOT use the 
the
Processor Affinity option, as this will cause performance problems.
