[0] Of course dl and install BOINC.

[1] DL and install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1

[2] Run "Setup" in the "GACInstall" Folder.

[3] Run "BoincSpyGACInstall" in the "GACInstall" Folder.

Et. viola' it will now run. However, it is not perfect yet. Email me if you
want to see the actual "Details" of what made the application fail. Here is
the bottom line: "Object reference not set to an object." (That has to do
with some bit of code which was directed to a variable-like name. Not a
major problem.) I just quit and will run it again later.
