Conagent is an undocumented "helper" program that DOS Based Windows versions (95, 98, and ME) use to interface Windows 32-bit command line programs, Windows 16 bit (Windows 3.x) and DOS applications to the underlying OS. However, it doesn't handle files properly.
Exactly. All the more reason to abandon worthless crap like 95/98/ME and use a decent version of Windows like 2000 or XP.
