Thanks for asking.  No, I don't hate it.  Actually, it wasn't a problem for
me.

Thank you for answering my little poll.

Just in case you're wondering, according to Alta Vista Translator, they're
talking academically about Boinc-basics.

Thank God, I thought the where talking about football (soccer for the Brits).

There are important things to fight about.  Open your eyes and choose your
battles more wisely.  Otherwise, the assumption is that you're ignorant.

I have no intention to fight the French, their flag has the same colours as ours and they like croissants too! I did not choose a battle either, I just made a point. (hehe, a blunt point at that :p) And assumption is the mother of all dissapointments...

...
People whom you recognize as different are probably not your enemy.  And you
can't have too many friends.

And I do not see the French people as my enemy, far from it. Not all the French are stubborn and stubborn people are not my enemy. I just mentioned that the French are the most stubborn people I have ever met, and they are! Even when replying to my post they refuse to (try and) speak English.

Still it is not my intention to hurt anyone's feelings. So if you feel offended by my remarks I appologize. Not to the French ofcourse, they can't understand me anyway >:) (I know, I know, sorry).

Boy, I feel as if this newsgroup is taking it's self wáááy to serious. Lighten up, we'll find ET soon, I promise!
