Actually, you are lucky here. Generally I have my reader set to
eliminate anything from an address which is too anonymous. Many spammers us
a nospam@nospam address.
There is also an issue of sidebar discussions, in which legitimate
emails are sent from one group member to another. With a totally and
obviously fake address, it's difficult to do that. It also seems like we
are talking to someone who really isn't interested in participating.
You might consider munging your address in a way which bots cannot undo
easily. Some folks add a letter or two, or reverse names, or add odd
things. I have a feeling that adding nospam to the middle of an address
isn't going to do much to help you, but adding an extra sylable or two might
work. If you did this (include the key inside the address), it would seem a
good bit friendlier to legitimate readers, and at least as confusing to the
spambots.

My personal defense against spammers is to not post or use my real e-mail
address in newsgroups.
I also delete all spam without visiting any sites they advertise.
I would advise you to do the same.
