The SETI site is up and running.  The Data Server is also up but dropping
connections, In the last two hours I've managed to push through a single
completed WU, if I can get one more through I'll be happy and won't bother
trying again all is fixed.

Keep trying occassionally the server forgets itself and actually allows a
brief connection.  All should be fixed and running properly again soon I'm
sure.
